Main Description

The Change Manager, as a part of his responsibilities, may also need to participate in Change Advisory Board meetings. These meetings would include reviewing changes (both within the engagement and outside). The Change Manager must analyze the desired changes and provide his decision on the approval, along with justification for the same.
